You must be at least 18 and invited after a reviewed application.

You are responsible for choosing commitments that are realistic, lawful, under your control, and compatible with professional guidance that applies to you.

Week 1 stage gates are Feed-free and Move. Week 2 adds Build. Missing a stage gate resets the current-stage streak. Morning, night, and toilet phone boundaries are founding-cohort practices; the current MVP includes them in the Feed-free check-in rather than recording three separate reports. Backdated check-ins are not allowed after the 2:00 a.m. local deadline.

Vanar may pause unsafe commitments, correct verified outage effects through audited action, or disable access for safety, security, or serious misuse.

The founding cohort is free. After both stages and end measures, completion opens a private, downloadable Attention Recovery Record and offers a real place on the founding waitlist for the next 21-day Focus Cycle. The waitlist is not automatic community access. Completion does not guarantee a health outcome, transformation, membership, coaching, employment, or access to a social community.
