No reels, shorts, or infinite short-form feed
Rule: During the local day, I did not voluntarily watch reels, shorts, or another infinite short-form entertainment feed.
Boundary: Necessary work, school, accessibility, emergency, and caregiving use are outside this rule. Deliberately opening an entertainment feed and continuing to scroll is not.
